I am very happy.

There are no words adequate enough to describe how much my love of Elmo has been reignited.

He's just so adorable :')

Last weekend I was annoyed, so I watched the entire box set of Extras. This weekend, I've been ill, so - in between throwing up - I've been watching The Office.

I don't think its going too far to say that they were both brilliantly written and that Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant are amazing.

If you know me quite well, you'll understand the extent to which I am in love with television. Not in a couch-potato 'I cba getting up so I'm gonna sit and watch utter rubbish all day' way, but in a 'This is amazing and I want to be a part of it' way. Ofc.
I'm getting kinda pissed off that all my A-Level coursework is distracting me from my own writing, but I guess sometimes you have to prioritize. Anyways, at some point in the future, you will all be sat at home watching some programme that you (hopefully) love and my name will pop up at the end and it will be proof that I haven't wasted my whole life.

Getting back to the point, I'm really impressed with the stuff Steve Merchant has done on his own. People tend to focus on Ricky all the time and assume that he was the brains behind most of it, presumably because he's in the spotlight more, but taking into account Steve's 'extra-curricular' activities, it's obvious that the roles were equal.

If you don't really know much about what he's done, I refer you to his very old Radio Warwick shows, his time on The Steve Show on BBC 6music, his stand-up career and various smaller writing credits along with various acting roles in Tooth Fairy, Burke & Hare, Hot Fuzz, Garth Marenghi's Darkplace and new animated satirical production 'Jackboots on Whitehall' to name but a few.

That video never fails to make me crease with laughter.

Anyway, my overall point is that Steve Merchant is brilliant and everyone should pay more attention to him and stuff.

Oh, also, whilst I was looking for videos to include in this post, I came across a tumblr - - which is devoted to all things 'Smerch'
I suggest you look at it.

Particularly if you have a bit of a strange crush on him like I do.

Just Because.

This video makes the 15 year old girl that still lives in my head VERY excited.

Sao Paulo

Sometimes I could cry for miles...

I don't even...

Here are some things that have been said to me that I cannot comprehend:

1. "You DO have talents!! Everyone has talents! You can...analyse stuff."

2. "You're so funny, and half the time you don't even realise it."

3. "There's something about you...I don't know what it is, but it's there."

4. "I thought I'd ask you to look after it because you're...y'no...sensible, I guess."

5. "It's not like you're an expert on the matter."

I wish people would explain themselves.

I'm aware that this could come across badly; as though I'm being self-indulgent or attention seeking, but I'm beyond caring and am genuinely miffed.

Please, if you plan to baffle me with some form of cryptic sentence, don't. Be frank about it, or just shush.

On a lighter note...

It's 45 days until the release of Deathly Hallows Part 1 and I am EXCITED.

Imax 3D here I come :D
